I never realised that the West German album, the one with the blue cover (Panini - Euro Football 78 (03) - West Germany album) included some different stickers at numbers 17 to 32 until I had an e-mail from Wila75. The pictures aren't very good but I've shown the relevant pages from the West German album (top) and the regular version. The West German album also includes some gold foil stickers featuring Bundesliga club logos (Panini - Euro Football 78 (03) - West Germany album (02) - Poster & Gold Foil Stickers) and these are also listed below.

The front cover of the comic dated 26 September, 1964 and there is no indication which sheet of stickers was included with this issue. The covers of the following three issues mention the free gift of a sticker sheet in a banner across the top of the front cover but again, there's no indication which sheet was included with any of them.
