The album and first sheet of stickers was included with issue no. 1344 dated 18 November, 1933. I've included the front cover of that issue and the one from the previous week announcing details of the free gift, plus the relevant pages from each of those magazines. Additional sheets of pictures were including with the next nine issues - nos. 1345 to 1353 and the front cover of no. 1345 is also shown here, it is the only one of the later magazines to use an illustration of the sheet on the front cover.
