I'm including this just because it features in my database, but probably isn't really of interest to anyone. The McDonald promotion for Euro 2008 included a Tournament Tracker poster and this came with it's own batch of stickers - The Euro Trophy and three small flag stickers for each of the 16 teams in the tournament. Once the knockout stages got underway you could stick flags of the teams in the spaces provided.
